Contact: Zrnić Đ. Nenad
Level of studies: Ph.D. (Doctoral) studies – Mechanical Engineering
ECTS: 5
Final exam type: written
The main goal of the course is to achieve the competence of the ПхД student to master the advanced principles of analysis of machines related to material handling, constructions and logistics, i.e. the dynamic behavior of supporting structures and drives of material handling and conveying machines, construction, and mining machines, depending on the research direction of the PhD dissertation.
By mastering this course, the student acquires the ability to: • deliver complex 3D models and analyzes by using FEM the supporting structures material handling and conveying machines, construction, and mining machines from the aspect of strength and fatigue • analysis of the external load of material handling and conveying machines, construction, and mining machines • evaluate the dynamic model and obtain the response of the dynamic system to the various external loads • Analyze alternative solutions in the modeling process • presents the obtained research results related to the specific topic of the PhD dissertation
Advanced problems of the dynamics of материал хандлинг анд цонвеѕинг machines, construction and mining machines. Modeling of the supporting structure of the machine and its drives. Analysis and simulation of external load. Advanced analysis of dynamic behavior using the Finite Element Method. Obtaining the dynamic response of the supporting structure of the machines. Analysis of the obtained results. Model evaluation. Comparison of different modeling approaches to obtaining the dynamic response of machines.
Preparation of a paper in a scientific journal of category M21-M23, which should be the basis for the defense of the doctoral dissertation.
