Within M.Sc. Thesis – Defense student acquires experience in thesis/paper writing and ability to publicly present the results of his/her work, as well as to provide answers to the questions related to the topic of the thesis/paper.
After successful defense of M.Sc. thesis, students are capable to: • present the results of independent work in written form; • create documentation in accordance with technical standards; • publicly present the results of their independent work and express their own views on the M.Sc. thesis topic; • communicate efficiently with the engineering community and society as a whole;
Based on the technical reports created within M.Sc. Thesis – Research Work, student in agreement with the mentor compiles Master Thesis in written form in accordance with the prescribed Faculty standards. Student prepares and publicly defends written Master Thesis in agreement with mentor. M.Sc. thesis should include at least two of the following areas: the report on studied and processed topic, own numerical computation, own experimental work and/or own design.
Student prepares M.Sc. thesis text, technical documentation and presentation for public defense using modern technologies.
Successfully passed exams in all courses defined by the curriculum of the study programme and exam in the course which the M.Sc. thesis belongs to.
Existing laboratory equipment at the Faculty, textbooks and library references.
