Introduction and classification of mass transfer operations and apparatus. Procedures for determining the equilibrium state in multiphase multicomponent systems, ideal and non-ideal systems. Modelling of mass transfer processes. Possibilities of optimization mass transfer operations processes. Review of construction solutions of mass transfer equipment. Specific cases of mass transfer in different mass transfer apparatuses. Testing of mass transfer equipment.
